In order to become a better runner, you want to make small progressive steps to grow consistently. The great thing about running is, is that your progress is very measurable. And that motivates!

We offer 13 week programmes. This way you will be able to take  small steps, having time to build in a (new) routine and we’ll have lots of focus on your technique as well. 

After 13 weeks you will definitely have become a better runner. And we’ll garantee you will be able to run 30 minutes non-stop!
