MY Approach
I believe that your physical health is the foundation of your happiness. When you preventively work on your physical level, that is to say, enough sleep, enough exercise and mainly healthy food, then you lay the foundation for a balanced and happy life.
With Personal Training, Bootcamp or Running outdoors you can start working on your physical body. When this has become routine, you can start thinking about other layers as well, such as your mental, emotional or spiritual state. We do also support these layers by coaching.

The Pyramid Method
We as humans are this pyramid. Energetic beings with different layers.
And we are all able to work on every layer in order to live our best lives.
It all starts with building a strong physical foundation. This means that we work-out, eat healthy and have a good rhythm in sleep. With this foundation we can start thinking about the layers above. Followed by our emotional energy. How good are you able to feel your emotions and feelings? After this layer comes the mind. Which stories do you tell yourself? Are they positive? Are you good enough? Last but not least, the spiritual layer. Do you feel meaningful when you get up every day?
Do you work on every level and you will work towards a happy, meaningful and peaceful life. I'd love to support you in getting there.
