We believe that your physical health is the foundation of your happiness. When you preventively work on your physical level, that is to say, enough sleep, enough exercise and mainly healthy food, then you lay the foundation for a balanced and happy life.

With Personal Training, Bootcamp or Running outdoors you can start working on your physical body. When this has become routine, you can start thinking about other layers as well, such as your mental, emotional or spiritual state. We do also support these layers by coaching.

Tim is the trainer of my training group “running for beginners”. He is always enthusiastic, positive and cheerful. We start the training every week with a different focus.
